UNIVERSAL RAILING
Weland universal railing is a flexible railing that is very suitable for industrial use but is also available in a childproof version.
With many standard lengths, our universal railing can be combined into a myriad of different solutions. The railings are stocked and can be delivered quickly.
Universal railing
The railing bows are produced in large series using rational methods, which means that the price is extremely competitive. The railings, fixing components and other accessories, such as kick strips and couplings, are stocked items. Various options are specified on our design page.

Accessories
To increase the safety and accessibility of the railing we offer a number of extra accessories to simplify these aspects.
Kick strip with height 100 mm can be mounted to Universal Railing, Standard.

The gate consists of a handrail provided with at least two hinges and a so-called box lock. If the lock function is not needed, the lock plate can be used as a stop. The gate is adjustable between 600-900 mm. For large gate openings and heavy traffic, it could be advisable to have an extra hinge. At least two hinges (set) are needed per gate.
As an alternative, you can use a railing section as a gate.

Surface treatment
Our universal railings are hot dip galvanized as standard. In our own plant, the railings are surface treated to withstand great stress. The method provides a very robust protection against corrosion. For more information, please visit our page for surface treatment.
