Dragan increases Weland’s efficiency

Dragan Markovic is our energetic work lead in the plan laser department. He started as a laser operator in 2015, becoming an absolute pro on our various machines, and is now work lead in the same department.

Markovic is responsible for production and workers, and for placing the right person in the right place. Every morning, he makes a round of the department to say hello to everyone and get a handle on what’s going on.

– The best thing about my job is that you never know what’s going to happen on any given day. I also love it when I’m able to collaborate with other departments to solve problems!

Markovic thinks that Weland is a safe, secure, and family-friendly employer.

– It’s a company that looks after its employees. They have invested a lot in the staff club and, in recent years, have created a health care group and built a gym and padel courts for employee use.
